This policy explains what information Aatman Healing & Wellness collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Aatman Healing & Wellness is the practice of Mansi Paul Chowdhury, based in Kolkata, India, offering online sessions.

What we collect
- The booking form. Your name, phone number, where you are based, what has been going on for you, anything else you choose to share, and your consent to us storing it. The form also records your IP address and browser details.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Razorpay collects your email address, phone number and payment details. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Session booking. When you pick a time, Calendly collects your name, email address and the time you choose.
- Emails and messages you send us, and our replies.
- Website usage. This website uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta which pages were visited, so we can understand how people find us. Fonts and some code are loaded from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
What you share about your feelings, health and circumstances is sensitive. We ask only for what helps Mansi prepare for your first session, and you can write as much or as little as you like.
Why we use it
- To read what you shared and prepare for your session.
- To contact you about your booking.
- To take payment and schedule your session.
- To keep the records a practising therapist needs to keep.
- To understand how visitors find the website.
We use your information on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form, book and pay. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Confidentiality
What you share in sessions and on the form stays confidential. It is only shared without your agreement where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use these services to run the website and bookings, and each handles your information under its own privacy policy:
- GoDaddy, which hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google (Gmail), which delivers the website’s emails.
- Razorpay, for payments.
- Calendly, for scheduling.
- Meta, through the Facebook Pixel.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are working with us and for as long as afterwards as professional record-keeping and the law require. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or completed, have it erased, and raise a grievance with us. Write to aatmanhealing4u@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
The Facebook Pixel and WordPress set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works if you do.
Age
Online booking is for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
