These terms apply when you book and pay for a session with Aatman Healing & Wellness, the practice of Mansi Paul Chowdhury, Kolkata, India. By booking a session you agree to them.
Sessions
- All sessions are online and one to one.
- Individual session: 60 minutes. Draws on CBT, DBT, chakra therapy and art therapy, as suits you.
- Sound therapy: 45 minutes.
Fees and payment
- Individual session: ₹1,500 for clients in India, ₹4,000 for clients outside India.
- Sound therapy: ₹2,000.
- Fees are in Indian rupees and are paid in full, in advance, through Razorpay, before you choose your session time.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours before, or miss the session, the fee is not refunded.
- To cancel, write to aatmanhealing4u@gmail.com or call +91 62901 54714.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Razorpay usually takes 5 to 7 working days to complete a refund.
- If Mansi has to cancel a session, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
What therapy is and isn’t
Sessions offer psychological support and holistic practices. They are not a medical service and do not replace medical diagnosis, medication or emergency care. Chakra, sound and art therapy are offered alongside psychological care, not instead of medical treatment. Results differ from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Online sessions
Please join from a private, quiet place with a stable internet connection. Sessions are not recorded by either side without both people agreeing.
Age
Online booking is for adults aged 18 and over. For anyone younger, a parent or guardian should contact us first.
